Honey is harvested sustainably from our apiary sites each year and divided equally amongst our Honey patrons (This is usually carried out in September whereby the honey is extracted jarred and labelled by our small team, amounts can vary but in 2022 we extracted a whopping 175L to share amongst our valued supporters!)
