Britain’s pollinators need
your help.
Since the 1930s there’s been a significant decline in pollinator numbers, this has been partly attributed to a 97% decrease in wildflower meadows.
We can help pollinators, by building back the biodiversity we’ve lost. Rewilding can create an environment where pollinators can thrive.
It's time to take action.
Our Rewilding Campaign
We’ve built a billboard from ethically sourced dead bees, butterflies and wildflowers, to tell the story of the pollinators who need our help.
Working with BeeUrban we sourced dead bees from failed hives and seasonal die off, so no pollinators were harmed in the making of this billboard.
We’d love for you to share this page and our message with your friends, family and co-workers.
Let’s build a rewilding movement and change the fate of our pollinators.
Why all the buzz?
Pollinators are in decline, this has a huge cost to both us as humans and the wider ecosystem. Pollinators play a vital role in our food supply and the cost to support their role would be in the billions. We believe that change is necessary both on a large scale and a small scale, to help our Pollinator friends thrive.
Who’s Involved?
We’re bringing together three leading organisations who are passionate about the positive impact of technology.
Pollenize - a leading CIC who are pioneers in biodiversity services and rewilding.
Capgemini (Applied Innovation Exchange) - the innovation team at Capgemini, the global technology consultancy.
SharpEnd - “Agency of Things” specialising in their Industry-standard IoT platform + creative services to scale connected packaging and retail touchpoints.
What are we doing?
This year, Capgemini’s Applied Innovation Exchange partnered with Pollenize to launch an intelligent, data-driven rewilding tool. By understanding the biodiversity needs of your area, we’re able to make recommendations for the ideal seed blend you should plant, helping amplify your impact and support more pollinators. Working with our friends at SharpEnd, we’re launching a groundbreaking creative marketing campaign to spread awareness of this problem.
“This campaign is more than just a call to action; it’s a call to awareness. [...] Through initiatives like this, we’re taking meaningful steps to reconnect our society with nature and fostering hope for a brighter, biodiverse future.”
